WASSA MOVES TO LOGICOR PŘÍŠOVICE

  • Wassa leases the entire Building A (13,000 sqm total) at Logicor Prisovice

  • Only the last unit of 5,000 sqm remains available for lease

  • Logicor’s Czech portfolio exceeds 100,000 sqm of standing assets

17 September 2025: Logicor, a leading owner, developer, and manager of logistics real estate in Europe, has signed a new lease agreement with Wassa, securing the second customer at its Logicor Prisovice logistics park. Wassa leased the entire Building A, which includes 9,800 sqm of warehouse space, 370 sqm of office space, 1,500sqm under the canopy, as well as parking for trucks and cars. Following this transaction, only 5,000 sqm of space remains available to let in the park.

Wassa logistic s.r.o. manufactures packaging systems and provides logistics services for various industries, including hygiene and automotive. The company operates across approximately 50,000 sqm of leased and owned premises throughout the Czech Republic.
