This certification confirms that our logistics park meets the highest standards of sustainable construction and environmental efficiency.

BREEAM is an internationally recognized building assessment system that evaluates aspects such as energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, water consumption, materials, innovation, and environmental impact. The certification is a significant indicator that the project is environmentally responsible while also providing a healthy and productive environment for tenants.

Our Sustainable Solutions in Practice

Achieving the BREEAM certification is the result of a thoughtful approach to both planning and construction. Key measures that contributed to this success include:

• A green façade and abundant greenery across the site, supporting biodiversity and naturally improving the microclimate.

• A projected glass façade on the office building that helps optimize indoor temperatures – preventing overheating in summer and retaining warmth in winter.

• Energy-saving LED lighting with intelligent control (DALI system), which responds to movement and daylight, reducing energy consumption.

• EV charging stations, enabling tenants and visitors to embrace sustainable mobility.

• An underground rainwater retention tank that reduces the load on the sewer system.

• A smart metering system, allowing accurate monitoring and optimization of energy usage.

• Roof readiness for photovoltaic panel installation – a step towards future renewable energy production.

• An on-site rail spur, enabling more eco-friendly freight transport and reducing traffic impact on the surrounding area.

• Use of recycled concrete and other materials with a lower carbon footprint.
