Then: Industrial brownfield

Today: The modern logistic park Logicor Příšovice

PŘÍŠOVICE SITE TRANSFORMATION: FROM CONCRETE MANUFACTURING TO MODERN LOGISTICS

Four decades of precast concrete production

Established in 1973 in southern Příšovice, the former Panelárna facility served as a key production site for precast reinforced concrete elements used in the construction industry. After privatization in 1992, Interma a.s. operated the plant until its closure in 2016. The site then stood idle for several years, classified as an industrial brownfield awaiting revitalization.

From Brownfield to Logistics Hub

Following multiple ownership changes, Logicor acquired the site in 2023 with the goal of complete redevelopment. The transformation has since turned the disused facility into a modern logistics and light industrial park spanning over 20,500 m². Its prime location near the D10 motorway ensures excellent connectivity to Prague, Poland, and Germany—making it a key regional hub for production, warehousing, and distribution.

A Sustainable Future Rooted in Local Heritage

The first tenant at Logicor Příšovice is Plzeňský Prazdroj, which has established a regional distribution center on site. The park has been designed with sustainability at its core, incorporating advanced systems for energy and water efficiency, including underground rainwater retention, EV charging infrastructure, and roof structures pre-fitted for photovoltaic panels. The transformation of the former Panelárna thus combines respect for its industrial past with the advantages of a modern logistics hall in a favorable location.
