LOGICOR LAUNCHES A NEW WAREHOUSE AND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT IN PŘÍŠOVICE NEAR TURNOV

  • 20,500 sqm of warehouse and production space

  • Prime location near the D10 highway for excellent connectivity

  • Direct railway access for rail-road cargo terminal setup

10 December 2024: Logicor, a leading owner, developer, and manager of logistics real estate in Europe, has successfully completed the development of its newest logistics park, Logicor Příšovice. This state-of-the-art project marks the company’s first logistics park outside of Prague, transforming a former brownfield site into a modern logistics hub.

Strategically located on the D10 highway, the park offers excellent connectivity between Prague (70 km), Mladá Boleslav, and Liberec (28 km). Spanning 20,500 sqm across two buildings, it is designed to accommodate production, storage, and office operations. Its direct railway access, with a dedicated siding next to Building A, is another advantage enabling tenants to establish a rail-road cargo terminal for seamless multimodal transportation.

Logicor Příšovice is tailored for customers seeking modern warehouses, production facilities, and

premises suited for cross-docking operations.

Pavel Rufert, Director LOGICOR CZECH REPUBLIC, said:

"Logicor Příšovice is a pivotal step in our strategy to deliver modern and sustainable logistics solutions to the Czech market. Aligned with Logicor’s ambitious environmental goals, this development features advanced sustainable technologies, including a rainwater harvesting system, energy-efficient LED lighting with DALI automation, and the capacity to install photovoltaic panels. Additionally, the park is equipped with EV charging stations and ample parking facilities."

The new development is expected to bring significant long-term benefits to the Liberec region, including job creation and the introduction of leading brands, thereby enhancing the region’s competitiveness at both the national and international levels.

During the construction of the logistics area in Příšovice, Logicor also thought about the needs of local residents and the environment. It ensured the connection of utility networks to the local natural swimming pool and its facilities, invested in planting greenery and actively organises community events in the village and developed cycle paths.

František Drbohlav, Mayor of Příšovice, said:

"We really appreciate working with Logicor. We successfully managed to find common solutions beneficial to both parties. The municipality allowed Logicor to connect the network through municipal land, and Logicor, in reciprocity, allowed the cycle path to run through its land. By separating truck transport, we managed to ensure a more comfortable and safer environment for cyclists and pedestrians."

Logicor continues to see strong potential in the Czech logistics market and actively invests in new projects that align with its broader development strategy. Among these is the ongoing construction of Logicor Prague-Průmyslová, scheduled for completion next year, alongside the already operational Logicor Prague-Airport near Václav Havel Airport.
